    Responsibilities

    The responsibilities are a blend of administrative and operational tasks geared toward customer service and retail sales.

    • Always provide an exceptional client experience

    • Demonstrates strong product knowledge

    • Promptly greets and serves clients

    • Works to improve performance based on feedback provided by management

    • Performs opening and closing duties

    • Maintain company/brand standards

    • Works in collaboration with all teams

    • Executes replenishment ensuring sales floor inventory levels are satisfactory

    • Collaborates with management on merchandising

    • Assists with unpacking and tagging new merchandise

    • Monitor the sales floor tags and ensure products are meeting company standards

    • Maintain and implement visual merchandising strategies and current trends to support the store and drive sales

    • Check inventory levels and report supply needs

    • Answer and direct telephone calls and emails

    • Report to work as scheduled
